Fun & festive seasonal events are returning to Olde Mistick Village this holiday season
The holiday season is upon us once again, and Olde Mistick Village has a wonderful string of events lined up for the whole family to enjoy. Kicking things off on November 19th will be the Holiday Lights Spectacular- one of the largest holiday light displays in Southern New England.
Over half a million lights will be showcased throughout the village, transforming it into a holiday wonderland. Families and holiday enthusiasts can enjoy the beautifully lit village as they amble from shop to shop and stop to enjoy a nice meal at one of Olde Mistick Villages popular dining establishments. The Holiday Lights Spectacular will run through January 2022.
The yuletide celebrations continue on December 10th from 5-9:30pm with the annual Festival of Lights & Luminaria event, a long-term tradition at Olde Mistick Village as visitors can stroll the walkways of Olde Mistick Village that will be brilliantly illuminated by thousands of luminaries.
Meet Santa in the Olde Mistick Village Meeting House on December 11th from 12:30 to 4:00pm.
This year, Olde Mistick Village will have some very special guests in attendance; all 51-state title holders who are competing in the upcoming Miss America Competition at Mohegan Sun on December 16th! Visitors of the village will have the opportunity to meet and have their picture taken with the contestants and enjoy live entertainment and complimentary snacks in the village meeting house. It’s clear that there will be no shortage of spirit and excitement at Olde Mistick Village this holiday season: we can’t wait for you to pay us a visit!
