September Tuesday 02 Come and see our stone people and put a smile on your face, because that is what these wonderful handcrafted objects made by people in the mountains of Honduras do.
Garden Specialties
September Tuesday 02 A Cairn or (Irish Carin) is an artificial pile of stones, often in conical form. They are usually found in uplands, on moorland, on mountaintops or near waterways. In modern times Cairns are often erected as landmarks or simply put in your garden as a garden accent. In ancient times they were erected as sepulchral monuments, or used for practical and astronomical uses. |
